In accordance with Article XIII of our Bylaws, this serves as the official notice that the Board of Directors proposed several amendments to the Pennsylvania Propane Gas Association’s Bylaws. These changes will be voted on at the upcoming Annual Meeting during the Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Omni Bedford Springs, Bedford, PA.

Our bylaws serve as the foundational, legally binding internal rules that govern the Association’s operations, structure and management. They define the rights of members, responsibilities of officers and directors along with the procedures for decision-making, ensuring legal compliance with state and federal regulations.
